Local grocery store had strawberries on sale and while I figured they wouldn't be all that good, thought they at least LOOKED good. I washed and stemmed some and put them on the table. Madeleine pulled the bowl towards her.
"I have to eat the strawberries MYSELF mommy. You can't have any."
"You aren't going to share with me?"
"You can't eat them mommy. Your belly hurts cause the baby kicks you."
She better not try and pull that with chocolate. :)
